We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your WOSAFE account and associated data using the options below.
How to request account deletion
- In the app: Open WOSAFE → Profile/Settings → Delete Account
- On this page: Submit the request form below.
- By email: Email us at support@wosafepoint.com.
Submit a deletion request
Provide the details you used to sign up (email or phone). This helps us locate the correct account.
What happens after you request deletion
- Timeline: We aim to process deletion requests within 7–15 days.
- Data deleted: Your account profile, stored preferences, emergency contacts, chat history, and location history associated with your account (where applicable).
- Data that may be retained: Certain records may be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance (e.g., payment transaction references). We retain only what is required and store it securely.
- Verification: We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion.
